    Customise your retreat to suit your team

    My Wellness Collective retreats are designed with a focus on mental health, adventure and a connection to nature. Through experiences we grow, learn, adapt, reflect and make change! We believe in giving you the tools to help support yourself!


    Our retreats have a balance of relaxation, self-care, education, creativeness, self discovery, support and adventure. They are run by a team who are passionate about people. 


    Our retreats typically cater for up to 50 participants.


    We can customise our retreats to include a range of services, workshops and activities. If there is a particular theme or workshop you require, we are happy to adapt and work with you to create something unique. Please contact us for more information. 


    Our retreats may include-


    Massages- each participant receives a one-on-one massage with our hand picked therapists who are trained in multiple styles. Our goal is to make you feel relaxed, comfortable and in a place where you can unwind.


    Yoga- Our yoga instructors help you balance your energy and teach you how to  strengthen your body, and guide you on your individual daily routine. Designed for beginners however alternatives offered for advanced students.


    Guided meditation- We will guide you through short meditations that help reduce stress and anxiety. Take home resources that can aid in continuing your practice.


    Mindfulness practices- We explore varying environments and activities from creative mindfulness art classes to mindful bush-walking to teach techniques that help ground you and experience life in the present moment.


    Sound Healing- Our sound healers use a range of instruments and sound types to take you on a journey of self-discovery.


    Outdoor activities- We hand pick our outdoor activities in each location to step you outside of your comfort zone but be reassured that we are here to support you and guide you with encouragement and care!

    Outdoor activities can include: kayaking, rock climbing, high ropes, bush-walking (all subject to location).


    Disco- We love to shake out booty at My Wellness Collective! We hold discos in a safe environment where you can feel free to sing, dance, and have fun!

       

    Camp fire- A place to share stories, eat delicious toasted marshmallows, and connect with others. 


    Counselling sessions- Our registered counsellors provide support at our retreats. Each participant has an allocated slot. Our counsellors are hand picked for their ability to support effectively with compassion and care!


    Team building activities- In order to  foster a sense of community and land on common goals, we host creative activities indoors as well as in nature!


    Nutritious Food- Delicious healthy food and non-alcoholic beverages are provided. We cater for food intolerance, allergies and preferences.
